Refurbishment of two hospitals – Devizes Community Hospital & Trowbridge Community Hospital.

The scheme comprised of alterations and refurbishment including removal of asbestos, structural alterations, new partitioning, new sanitary ware together with upgrades and replacement of the mechanical and electrical services. Other items such as fire doors and means of escape were carried out to comply with latest health and building regulation requirements. There was also redecorations with new furniture and blinds and general fixtures and fittings.
