Customer satisfaction measures how successfully we have delivered our services and how they compare against our customers’ expectations. On completion of every project we will conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey. This gives our customers the opportunity to provide extensive feedback on our performance and to identify how the Halsall team delivered against our ethos and values.
